Our Charred Ramp Romesco was borne out of a trip to SoWa Farmers Market in Boston. It was ramp season and we love experimenting in the kitchen, so we bought a bunch and got to work. Later that night, we served our Charred Ramp Romesco to dinner guests for the first time. Everyone was smitten, including us! Right away, we knew we had something special.

The taste of our Charred Ramp Romesco is unique. It’s garlicky. It’s bright. It’s springtime in a jar. Try it on a flatbread or as a dip. Try it with fish, chicken, or pork. Try it with a spoon standing over the sink.
